Justin Tate has been a part of the Elkins football program for the last 12 years, beginning as a ball-boy, and now finishing up as a Senior Captain. Tate, who has Down Syndrome, will play his final game this season, and like his father David told him, “it’ll be sad, but from that point on, it’ll all be memories.”
